Suspension [edit]
The Jeep XJ utilizes a coil spring with a break ball over absorber front end suspension and a leaf spring with a separate shock absorber rear suspension.
Front suspension [edit]
The Quadra-Link nominal head reprieve design locates the axle with four leading control arms to control longitudinal movement and rotation about the lateral axis of rotation (drive off and braking chemical reaction), two above the axle and two below it.
